Be flexible to adjust to changes as desired by the customer.
Honor and respect the customerís concerns and desires.
Go the extra mile to satisfy the customer.
Donít leave the job until it is done, or let the customer know in advance when you will be back to finish the job.
Clean-up properly after the job is completed.
